Our delivery terms for e-commerce orders
Terms of delivery

Good Vibes Finland Oy (business ID 2958054-7) sells products to adult individuals and companies in Finland and the EU. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the online store's checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the resolution of any ambiguities. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and commit to the delivery terms in force at the time.
E-commerce payment intermediation is carried out by Stripe Payments in cooperation with banks and credit institutions. Use of the service does not require registration or payment of additional fees. All data transfer and money transactions are SSL-protected, meaning that no one can see your data. The payee is www.goodvibes.fi / Good Vibes Finland Oy (or our subsidiary name Paint & Party / Sun'sup). Your payment will be immediately credited to the merchant and a confirmation email will be sent to your email. Please also check your spam!
Paying with a payment card in our online store is effortless and secure. Card payment in our online store is handled by Stripe Payments. During a payment transaction, credit card information is always processed over a secure network connection. Card numbers are not stored in the information systems of the online store or Good Vibes Finland, but are processed by the technical service provider Stripe Payments. The payee is www.goodvibes.fi or Good Vibes Finland Oy.
PayPal - Online banking online payment buttons
You can also pay for the order via the online payment button of any Finnish bank. When you have the usernames provided by your own bank and you are paying for your online purchases, you will go to our own bank for a moment from our online store pages and pay for the selected products directly from your own account. PayPal or Good Vibes Finland Oy (or our subsidiary name Paint & Party / Sun'sup) will then appear as the payee.
Payment with Sports or Cultural Vouchers
If you wish, you can pay for our services with sports or cultural vouchers (Sun'sup: sports vouchers, Paint & Party: cultural vouchers). In this case, please contact us by email and we can make your purchase of the gift card with the amount against a receipt or delivery of physical banknotes. Please note that you cannot pay 1. any postage or 2. the mere purchase of equipment with sports or cultural vouchers.
Payment by invoice
If you make a purchase for a large group, you can also pay by invoice. In that case, please contact us for an invoicing agreement. Our contact information is also available at www.paintparty.fi/contact information

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. To send confirmation messages, you must provide an email address when ordering. Please also check your spam!
Delivery method and costs
You can see the delivery costs of your order after selecting the payment and delivery method. We deliver orders by registered (eg postal parcels) or unregistered delivery, from which registered shipments can be tracked with a shipment ID. An unregistered option is a pick-up from our office. We always use Matkahuolto primarily for mailing.
If you order the video instructions, you will receive them directly in your e-mail upon purchase. If you order only the viewing right for the online live event, select "Pick up from the office" as the delivery method. This way, the store does not ask for payment for delivery.
Our most common delivery times to Finland are 1-5 working days, depending on the order and delivery method. More specific times will be announced in connection with the product options. We will not be liable for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by delays. Deviating delivery times are announced on the front page of the online store.
Exchange and return conditions
You have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return only applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging. The right of return does not apply to online events or products sent to your email immediately after purchase (link to video instructions). However, it is possible to change the online event to another similar event in advance if you notify of the change the day before the event. It is also possible to transfer your Viewing Rights to another person through us. When returning a delivered order, include your customer number / name and contact information as well as your account number for a refund.

If you do not receive an order confirmation in your email or spam, please contact us. Even if there is a malfunction in the software, we will see the actual payments and orders from our system. We are happy to help in problem situations!
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must notify the parties mentioned in the exchange and return conditions within 14 days of the defect. If the package is damaged in the mail, photos of the product must be taken and a complaint must be made to Matkahuolto immediately.
